Results matter, and professionals get results. Read what these clients had to say about their experiences and I’m confident the next decision you make when it comes to real estate will be the right one.

“Kelsey sold our home for over 98% of asking price in the middle of December. 2 short months later he had assisted us with negotiating into a new place for 76% of asking price. We really appreciate how you went above & beyond for us. Best Real Estate Agent EVER.”

-Deb & Sam Arabia

“We told Kelsey we wanted to get out of renting and into our own home. He quickly figured out our needs and showed us the perfect home, but we found ourselves in a competing offer situation. Even though he explained the process and assured us he would present our offer to the best of his ability, we didn’t really know what to expect from it. Not only did they accept our offer, we later found out the competing offer was actually for more money! We love our home, and he’s gained our trust in real estate for years to come.”

-Gayleen & Anthony Peters

“Becoming new homeowners can be intimidating but when you have an agent like Kelsey, he will settle your fears and fill in those unknowns every step of the way. Every crossroad that we hit along the way he was there to guide us with his advice. Finding the right home was not easy and Kelsey was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable in aiding in our search. He was nothing short of excellent.”

-Bryanne & David Labute

About Kelsey

I was born and raised in Castlegar and graduated from Stanley Humphries Secondary school. I attended a year post grad at Selkirk College before moving to northern Alberta. I was experiencing life on my own and learning much about myself along the way. After making many lasting friendships and memories in Alberta, I decided it was time for a change. Through the Real Estate division of UBC I attained my real estate license and moved back to the Kootenays.

Customer relationships are at the heart of what I do. I'm always working and always learning. I want to make the sale and/or purchase of your home free of stress, easy to understand, and fun. My goal is to exceed your expectations and provide you with such a high standard of service that you'll think of me when the people you know and care about talk real estate. I'm energetic, professional, and dedicated to your needs.
